Delicately composed, this book into movie true story is about spiritual teacher Dan Millman and the travel he takes to self-realization.  As you watch you will feel a stillness as "Socrates" begins guiding Dan from mind domination to inner peace.  This feeling will be so subtle yet so powerful, that once you are finished watching your awareness will be easily recognized.  This movie is a fantastic visual guide for everybody.

This documentary is for all my fast food lovers.  It explains and displays the truth on what happens on our "farms" and how some of our family cooked meals are pumped with preservatives that come from other plants and chemicals.  The view this movie is trying to expose is the importance of buying organic, looking at the ingredients to see what it contains.  While watching this movie it made me wonder what impact processed foods make on us psychologically.  Steroids, acids, and other preservatives like corn starch are injected in our food to make them last longer, but what does that process do in our blood stream?  Which is something I am currently researching right now.  Food, inc. is a fantastic documentary that will point you in the direction that is right for all of us.

Forks Over Knives is my current fascination that has allowed my wonder journey to the lifestyle of a vegan.  This astonishing and moving documentary is about how meats aren't what humans need.  They will endeavor you to many different health trials to explain the impact a plant based diet made after being diagnosed.  This is a highly recommended movie for EVERYBODY, especially the ones who have been on earth for quite sometime and have only known to eat meats and dairy products.  Well here is your answer, we actually don't.  Let greens, fruits, and veggies be your path to a better and healthier life, physically and psychologically.

This astonishing and emotional short documentary brings you to a correctional facilities in Alabama, it jumps directly into their focus which is establishing a self-realization meditation class for all a handful of inmates.  Without going any further, rent or watch on Netflix this documentary has a great moral, if these inmates can practice this peaceful art, anyone can.
